The image of "putting on the Ritz" with the Saudi's neck "abnormally twisted" and burn marks makes me think "location, location, location" isn't all it's cracked up to be. 2 generations ago, Latinos turned soccer stadiums into torture chambers. Now it's 5-star hotels. (BTW, I have my own tale of a 5-star hotel basement, fortunately not ending up so gruesomely)
