I just had a look at the Forbes July 8 interview which is the closest thing to his platform and it's not much better than your imitation. Only thing that came across clear is that Amy Coney Barrett would be his kinda gal!
Edit to add: I am also struck by the comparison with Pat Robertson by virtue of being next to a story on the same. They are very very alike, just different generations involved. The more I think on it, the more similarities I see. Kanye perhaps the slightly nuttier one. If you ever watched the old "700 Club" or his even more serious role play as a presidential candidate, you know how Pat can play the rational analyst role quite well if he wants to.
