Oh but it's not just in hillbilly culture. The longer I live the more I think that a lot of human grief and unhappiness is due to guiltily following primal instincts on shared DNA even though it may cause misery, insanity or worse. You are either simpatico with a person or you are not, and shared DNA seems to have little to do with that. Someone needs to do an explanatory addendum to Darwin on that whole thing as regards humans at this point in time, i.e., nuance.

Right, but I was writing a lede, not a tome or manifesto...
Anyway, watching Breaking Bad re-runs now, so amused as the N.M. meth labs/crazed Mexican druglord things gets "appropriated" by Cincinnati - not even quite Appalachian, somehow the "sensible" Midwest already.
Think someone's gonna tell 'em to stop working their side of the street?

Strange - they meet in Belgium, but instead of a diamond, we get completely different colors...
(PS - the Dutch version does look cheaper & tawdrier - and the Dutch are cheap - no wonder discounted.)
