Even the Supreme Court, the Great Panel that sent down a number of decisions today, questions Texas on the Abortion Issue.

The Supremes did bad things today, but overall...I am still glad we have a Supreme Court under the Constitution and under the auspices of the ancient Chief Justice Marshall.
On the death penalty?
People who rape and kill young children should be hung.
But damn...
We hang black folks for the most part.

I would think that this is a big deal; but big deals came like prayers answered. hahhahhaha

It is a big deal because women in Texas has very few if any options for health care if they are poor. At least they can still go to the clinics and get examined. The clinics save lives. I guess we have to experience poverty to really find this a big deal.
Texas has to realize that there is more to life then oil and religion. I wonder if it will take solar power switch to wake these people up in Texas. When the bottom of your economy falls completely out it makes you think.
The court is still giving the corporations what they want but trying to look reasonable over social issues that don't really matter to corporations.
OT. I find what is going on in Greece really important too. It looks like this is going to be a watershed year. Greece just might lead the world in rejection of austerity from the right. They just might thump the bankers on the head.
