Trump just gave a speech in Atlanta in which this small segment on BLM was obviously well written to appeal to some of the demographics mentioned above, to have him win a few more black votes here and there.It starts out mentioning Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and Ahmed Aubery extremely sympathetically
and then he segues a strong attack with the law and order mismanagement meme on the big blue cities which I think appeals to much larger and varied demographics:

I am thinking that Charles Barkley on Shaq statement yesterday might have helped inspire the speechwriter because it certainly went viral.
And while Trump's delivery may still sound very insincere to us cynic types, I also notice that during the statement on Taylor, Floyd and Arbery he slows down and very very carefully executes the wording, he clearly practiced it, it is not he tones down his usual sing songy delivery from a teleprompter.
