Day 1 was a success!

Despite where we started from, where we ended was quite OK.I'll take it !

I think it was a win toooooo.

Michelle was marvelous. Nobody, but nobody wished to shout down our First Lady.

I already wrote somewhere here that Joseph P. Kennedy III did the nicest intro to Warren I could ever have imagined.

    THIS WAS A GOOOOOOOOOOD DAY.

And listening to the conflagrated (?) audience, Warren brought us home, Bernie was wondrous and in the end, the crowd calmed down.

But in my humble opinion, watch this Kennedy kid. long after I am gone.

    Don't go too soon.

    Flavius, you have me laughing.

    Thank you. hahahaha

We need to both hang in there for awhile, as it were!

Bernie Sanders really stepped up to the plate last night.  He gave the most apocalyptic vision of what a Trump Presidency would mean that I have heard so far.  I expected that.  But he didn't stop there.  He gave a full-throated endorsement of Hillary.  It wasn't couched in hidden agendas; it was a straightforward statement that he completely supports Hillary Clinton for President.

I am sure that he is well aware of her baggage, her faults, and the differences between them, but he is a professional, and demonstrated it by focusing on the positives and pretty much telling the Bernie-or-Busters to stay home or vote 3rd Party at their own and their children's peril.  He convinced me that he believed the words he was saying.  He obviously knows that to support a candidate it cannot be reluctant, or with caveats if it is honest support.

I also liked his point at the end about what they started is not ending; that they will continue to work on the transformative efforts that they made during the primary.
