The GOP: Ronald MacDonald in a Three-piece Suite

The GOP is doomed to defeat in the current political debate against Barack Obama, because they can’t compete with truth. It’s not Obama that they’re debating – it’s truth that they’re finding it impossible to compete with. President Obama has truth on his side, so loopholes, rhetorical devices, and message management are not needed to defeat the GOP's simplistic attempt at logic. Truth doesn’t require rhetorical devices, messaging, and technique. Truth stands invincible on it’s own accord, because truth is simply truth.
    .
Obama has obviously long since recognized that fact, so he makes every effort to follow truth wherever it leads and regardless to whose ox it gores; that’s why he has critics of every political persuasion. Thus, the difference between Obama and the GOP - other than the obvious, IQ points - is that he gives truth priority over ideology, where the GOP tries to reconfigure truth to fit their preconceived, custom-tailored, and carefully assigned delusions. That’s why they sound so ridiculous most of the time. That's also why they’re messaging is only persuading morons to support their point of view. Essentially, the GOP is trying to put Ronald MacDonald in a three-piece suit and pass him off as an statesman. That’ll never work, regardless to how many distortions they engage in.

The media is attempting to build up Rand Paul just as they labeled John McCain a maverick and claimed Paul Ryan to be a master economist. MSM loves to create strong Republican Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates. The New York Times reached back to its maverick commentary and wrote a gushing article on Friday the 9th noting how Rand Paul was breaking from his fellow Republicans on the issue of voter ID. Paul noted that Republicans should avoid "going crazy" over the issue of voter ID and voter fraud. On Monday the 12th, Paul sent a staffer out to "clarify" his position on voter ID. Paul wants everyone to know that the states should make there own rules for voter ID.  Paul is a Republican who told students at Howard that he supported States Rights on voter ID. When the Times published its article, skeptics posted commentary. At least some skeptics thought that Paul would get pummeled by other Republicans. Turns out Rand Paul was not going to wait for that Republican beat down to happen. The GOP will remain the party for the racists in the 2014 and 2016 elections.

There is some interesting organized push back going on now.  I like this ad.

I love this one.  The ad is a montage of all the fools in suits.  This is a Democrat super pac that puts a lot of these out.  They have some great stuff on their web pages.

    Thank you for these, TRK,

They’re going to come in very handy.
