Yez, well
You haz to use the leetle chain icon when you want a link in a post, it will ask you for the URL, then the text you want highlighted, so before you click it, have the URL copied....
You can go to "Blog Now"----> Manage----> to edit this post, or just post then here in a comment like this:

Comments work differently from Posts. For one thing, you can have more than 2 links.
I dunno why....
Happy Thanksgiving, my friend....

Thank you so much, Bwak. I just spent several minutes trying to fix it and some worked while others did not. But you made them work. I am thankful for that, and for you.
Just for the fun of it, the polar bear/sports series (pick a sport; there's one for everyone) but my favorite is the pool:

Interesting, at least. Fascinating as well.
Nice to see you posting, Wendy, I've missed your prominence.
Something to add to the landscape:

Ah,Missy, great find. Exactly what I hoped would happen -- that y'all would add your own favorites. Yours is empathetic, sophisticated, thought-provoking, enigmatic ....rather like your writing, yes? Thank you! Happy Thanksgiving.
by wwstaebler (not verified) on Thu, 11/26/2009 - 1:55am
And a very happy Thanksgiving to you, my dear friend.

I see that the first one I cited, about being on edge, was not the right one; it was supposed to be this:

The one about education I intended for Hillary99.

Do you know of one for me?
It's Thanksgiving, and I frankly need the animation in my world.

Wendy, Bwak, Missy....three of my favorite blessings. Happy Thanksgiving to you all...

And the same to you, Still. May your family be blessed and your days filled with peace.

One of my favorite animations BF, perhaps reflecting that we are capable of becoming anything, beautiful or horrendous, and only our intentions and choices can hope to distinguish the two.

Then there are also dreams of the pursuer and the pursued.

Great video, Mh2o! Falling into the categories of:
a) the intriguing way another person's mind works;
b) a student with way too much time on his hands;
c) the adaptation of old-fashioned, Hockney-like panoramic technique moved (in both the literal and figurative sense) into a new world.
by wwstaebler (not verified) on Thu, 11/26/2009 - 1:35pm
Missy, I'm been looking for one for you. But how to find one that combines grace, insight and ennigma? When I find one, I'll post it, even if it's after the bell.
by wwstaebler (not verified) on Thu, 11/26/2009 - 1:37pm
That was gorgeous, wendy; and the handsome blue caterpillar dreaming.
More veg, though not animation, still astounding.

Have a good, healthy day, wendy, and love to you.

Mh2o: the polar bear series fits into a far less sophisticated mindset than yours, but they are two appropriate to your sports interests: kayaking and motorcycling. I'll look them up again.

Happy Thanksgiving, Dick!
Here's one for you that is appropriately more political, a powerful video about the corporate mindset and money:

Here's one just for you, Wendy D. -- one I think symbolizes both your interest in birds, and your real generosity of spirit:

Happy Thanksgiving!

Wendy, I have to bookmark this because I don't have time today to sit and watch them all. I couldn't stop watching the first one though. Looking forward to taking the time to sit back and digest them all, including the add-ons!
Thanks.

For C'Ville:
The first video citing her fearlessness and her specific avatar, the Luna Moth(at the very end):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYul52hVKnI (the Luna moth is at @3:10)
plus a Luna Moth performance art piece (skip to halfway mark, otherwise too tedious).

One for you (and for Aunt Sam and Deanie Mills) that didn't link properly above, representing your encouragement that we not give up, and that we act together in common interest:

Very cool. This one, of the great (street) artist Banksy's work, while not animation, turned up on 'related videos'. Brilliant work.

Some partnership, there. And a sweet boo-bird!

Speaking of raising the tone, there are some wonderful animations from the Vancouver Film School. Like this one, titled "Guernica":

Speaking of student work, the animation coming out of the Vancouver film school is first rate.
This one isn't funny, but it is personal for me, in memory of my uncle:
