What it was REALLY all about ...

So ... you're wondering why the GOP felt it necessary to whip their followers into such a frenzy for the recent elections, and why they'd go so far as to funnel money from outside groups and foreign entities...  Thanks to taking over the House, the repubs now get to control ... GERRYMANDERING next year.

Facing what seemed like a perfect storm of changing demographics all pointing to an ever increasing Democratic base, the Repubs knew this was their last chance at keeping their foot in the door.  So they went Kitchen Sink on us, and it worked.  They can now re-draw the lines and make more and more Michelle Bachmann-like districts for themselves.

What can we do? Okay, here's the plan: We start mocking their manhood. That's right, I said it. We start de-riding them thusly: "The only reason you're going to Gerrymander the districts is because you know your policies can't hold up to scrutiny by the majority of people.  You're not man enough to put your ideas to a fair fight, you need to rig the system.  I dare you NOT to re-draw the lines and prove your policies are why you win elections, not your re-districting. What's the matter, wimp, can't fight the battle of ideas without some help?"

Now, repeat the above 3 gazillion times in front of your local Republican representative at their next town hall meeting.

Fake outrage. It's not just for Republicans anymore
