Here are the animated walkthroughs prepared by college teams for the 2011 Solar Decathlon, to be held in Washington DC from Sept 23rd through Oct 2nd. I put the animations that kept my interest first, and the ones that were less interesting farther down.
Team New Jersey I like the assembly presentation of this one, the design, and the integration of music into the video.
Team China's Tongji University Houses made from containers, and good graphics, but the background music didn't do it for me.
SCI-Arc/Caltech The narrator's voice is very corporate, but the video is effective at explaining the design choices.
Team New York While many entries continue to be relentlessly suburban, this entry is made to be built on the rooftops of skyscrapers.
Team Belgium's Ghent University Nice cube.
Team Canada This one is a cool form, and they got a first nation chief to narrate.
University of Illinois: Urbana-Champaign A prairie style replacement home for response to natural disasters

New Zealand's Victoria University of Wellington
