You're just now figuring out there's something seriously wrong with our government? Have you been living under a rock for the last 15 years or what? Wake up and realize that our country has been in trouble for quite some time now. Why don't you stop complaining and do something about it?

Thanks for the Joplin info. Was watching slideshow of damage yesterday and it occurred to me that they could use a few thousand volunteers to help pick through the debris for salvageable things before they aren't anymore. The devastation is so complete they will likely just bulldoze the debris away. How many photos and other memorabilia will be lost not to mention personal and legal papers. Devastation is an accurate descriptive but even it seems inadequate.
