Yeah rmrd0000, I heard that on the radio when I was returning home from our hike today! Pretty damn cool. I am quite certain that there will be no way for this law to be overturned. It is just one more step in the right direction.

A ruling by the Sixth Circuit, including a GW Bush appointed judge, upheld Congress' power to enact health care reform, throwing out a challenge to ACA by the Thomas More Legal Center.

That is good news. A small positive step over all means a lot to individuals. We are going to have to work hard on this next election to elect more democrats from the local offices to the Federal. Good post and a good reminder that ACA is making things better.
