Are you out of the country? Hmm, I tested them both and was able to see them. Vimeo is notorious for blocking IP's that do no originate in the US.

Use to see plenty of minuteman launches from Vandenburg when I was living in Las Vegas. Cool looking multicolored vapor trails in a wierd pattern along the western skyline.
