This is just more silly analysis of the events. Just because Rush came out on the record first about it doesn't mean Boehner made his decision based in part or wholly on the recommendation of Rush. Nor does it mean that Obama and his team took the fact Rush made the recommendation into consideration when they offered to change the date. (if one wants to present a bipartisan-based speech, it would make sense that one would make accommodations in order to avoid the timing of that speech to be painted as a partisan move, regardless of the ideologies or parties on either side of the issue.)

This whole thing is much ado about nothing. It has legs because enough people feel that it provides some hard evidence to support whatever narrative they want to peddle about Obama.
