You have such talent for getting character across in a few pungent anecdotes composed of few words. I remember you did one at TPM Cafe that had an anecdote about a Puerto Rican client berating a judge about being a U.S. citizen; that one similarly was a standout for me. You really should consider writing more stuff like this, you excel at the personal anecdote that has greater meaning.

Travel is a hassle if you have a pet.

But my last dog made me get out there and walk twice a day.

so if you are a shut in like I have been the last decade, a good dog can keep you fit.

I'd love a dog or cat, but it probably couldn't hack all the traveling we do. And she says she already has one large pet to feed and clean up after.
