Too cynical? I think it is too generous.

The horrid accounts that I have read of Black Friday on top of the disgusting behavior you can see all around us are pretty much that we are seeing the Apocalypse (and it is us!)

Someone told me this once, and although kind of simple, it always rings true:

If you don't change directions you will end up where you're headed.

Not only were the crowds trampling people, both kids and adults, at least one woman was using pepper spray to clear a path to the bargain she wanted.

I don't think the huge spending orgy on Black Friday proves that America isn't broke. I think it proves that Americans LOVE Christmas shopping and are willing to max out their credit cards in the hope of getting some even better presents in return ... or does that sound too cynical?

I just found this from yesterday at Huffpo. This guy was dying on a Target floor and shoppers not only ignored him but stepped over him to get to their gadgets. hhahahah

Witnesses say some shoppers ignored and even walked over the man's body as they continued to shop, reports the New York Daily News.
