I am a part-skim Mozzarella kind of guy myself.

I know about as much about cheese as I do wine.

Except for the fact that cheese is a fat based food full of bad calories and I assume Michelle would not be partial to huge blocks of cheese sitting on some table on the first floor of the White House. hahaha

I am reminded by this part of your post that Obama was confronted with a cheese issue right at the start of his presidency (it concerned that old traditional feud, French Rocquefort vs. American Blue.) I never followed up on what happened, tho.
