I'm back! Visited ' The Paradigm' site and was so great to see old friends. Really missed all. But, I'm also now addicted to Ramona's Voice too!

FYI- 'The Help' is a great book and the movie is terrific (closely portrays the book). But every time I read or watch something that depicts the horrors of the times and the racism, et al., no matter the theme, I get so angry. And sad.

Anyway, gotta go, catchin' the Mars Shuttle - I'll tell Barack ya said, 'Hey!'

And the same to you, trkng. I love reading your comments here. You're right that the year will be interesting. With this current cast of characters it can't be anything but. I just hope we're going to like at least a little of what'll take place. Lord knows we deserve a respite already.

I haven't seen or read "The Help" yet. I really need to. But I have read Faulkner and Erskine Caldwell and Flannery O'Connor and Eudora Welty, so I feel like I know these people. (I am so jealous of southern writers! That story-telling talent is in their mothers' milk, I swear.)

My sister lives in South Carolina. About ten years ago she became a Jehovah's Witness. I so want to put in a crying smilie face right here but I can't because that would be mean and I do love my sister. Sigh.

She doesn't live near Myrtle Beach so it's probably somebody else knocking on your door next Tuesday.
