What a great idea. Come on down, Canada!!!
Canada was sure as hell born in America and as soon as you [the right pronoun starts getting tricky] becomes a person you can get on the ballot and I figure you can get enough votes to win the major dude job easy. And, you might even be able to handle it.
So, get some of your loonies to put up some of their loonies and come on down and incorporate and take the election from our loonies.
Here is some inside advice. Delaware is the place to incorporate, they have more persons than people already. They have the experience and the system to cut right through the BS and give Canada a U.S. certified soul, the most exceptional kind. The folks who will cast the deciding ballots think that is important and Delaware will sell you that soul for a nominal fee and with a minimum hassle, that's the American way. Come on, Canada, be somebody and then be our President!!!
