As long as we got a general narrative to start the imagination games. With Ken, they never gave us one. He is the Arrow shirt cypher guy, and just another of Barbie's accessories. (That's why I think Barbie helped contribute to feminism, btw: guys as an accessory. And I have always disagreed with those who said different, regarding the unrealistic body image blah blah blah-no one I knew bought it, no one we knew looked deformed like that, it was just a manufacturing limitation.)

I don't know how that relates to Mitt, who does indeed look like Ken and seems to have similar joint disabilities. I have to think on that.

Thu, 02 Feb 2012 22:45:25 +0000 artappraiser comment 148534 at http://dagblog.com The source of the Mitt code http://dagblog.com/comment/148437#comment-148437
In reply to Mitt's image morphing?

The source of the Mitt code can be found in the space between Barbie and Ken.

When you are only plastic, the dance must be fantastic.

Thu, 02 Feb 2012 01:02:11 +0000 moat comment 148437 at http://dagblog.com Dad is here now, you'll be http://dagblog.com/comment/148415#comment-148415
In reply to Artsy, you are definitely on

Dad is here now, you'll be safe, don't worry:

This is a time people are worried.
