This (AZ) one did turn out funny, the one in Florida no. The Wal Mart gunslinger was charged with endangerment, which can be a felony or a misdemeanor. The guy in Florida should be sent up for at least 10 years in my opinion for negligent homicide/manslaughter.

Yes. It happened in St. Pete last week. She died this weekend. The state fair grounds is in Tampa and owned by the owners of the New York Yankees. The push for this came from the gun lobby and the crackers in north Florida. So I think this is going to be a local election issue because no one in the area is happy with it. When I lived in Pensacola, there were people who insisted that there was only damn Yankees, illegals and African Americans living south of Orlando envolved in criminal activities. This type of stupid legislation is why Rick Scott numbers are so low and the Republicans may not do well in the election in Florida.

Last week Rick Scott signed a bill in Florida that now allows concealed weapons in the State Fair. The discussions that have been coming up is the risk of guns falling off of spin and puke rides. Same kind of accident could happen. I don't know if I want to take the grandkids to the fair with "goobers " walking around carrying weapons under their western outfits.
