Great advice, Momoe. I know two people who can lead me in the right (er, left) direction, too. One of the altos in Choral attends Dem meetings, and my niece Jennie is very knowledgable about the reps and other congress critters here. I've got messages out to them right now.

You may find many of the liberals in the younger generations. A good place to start for local information is going to your local Democrat Party meetings. You will soon learn who all the politicians are and also attend a few Republican rallies. It will give you a good picture. Something of interest that you could report on is if there is a strong ground game developing by the Democrats.
