He loves his three-year-old model, but complains that he has to go to dealers for repairs and routine maintenance, and they charge a fortune. I was thinking that not buying another hybrid might be due to the owners becoming parents, wanting family cars, then finding that larger hybrids are much more expensive than their ICE stablemates.
