Just a little bit south of Flint, MI a brand spankin' new factory is burping out EV parts.

In my thinking, it might have something to do with the fact that Kettering University in Flint is also a recipient of grant money going towards the development of batteries, and of course, the Chevy Volt which is being made in the Detroit area. Is all connected, is it not?

Last night PBS had the documentary on about the electric car 'start up' entities. It was excellent and very enlightening. Strongly encourage any who have opportunity to watch and learn.

Hopefully, they will have 'a next installment' about what and how other countries are doing to improve and sustain the 'clean' power grids needed to diminish need for fossil fuels (not limited to electric car requirements). There was just a bit of that information in this documentary, but it was fascinating.
