However, you're right that many of the Republican elite are more than happy to provide it for their own children because they know it provides a competitive edge.</p> <p>As for "rewarding Obama", I suggest that you're thinking about it the wrong way. Trying to punish Obama by electing Romney would be like trying to punish an unfair teacher by failing his/her class. Punishment and retribution is a little too Old Testament for me. I want to think about what's best for our country, especially the working class. Electing Romney would <em>not</em> help the working class. I recently got downsized, but I was able to almost immediately find a job (at a higher salary) because of my education.
