See this is what is fun about my obsessive compulsive hobby for the last 4 years.

You are a New Yorker with this experience in the Broadway (and I assume the off Broadway) shows.

I have never heard this--not that my memory is that great anyway.

And this guy has this VOICE and the hope for the next generation (have we lost this hope?)

I wonder what kept a Frederick Douglas in his hope that one day African-Americans would one day just become Americans?

And, as far as I am concerned, this song indicates where this hope comes from.

From Ragtime, one of the best written musicals of the past 25 years, imho ... The song is "On the Wheels of a Dream" ... I was going to go with Dream a Little Dream of Me, but that seemed the more obvious choice, so I went the other way.

Never having had children, I will never know the joy of haunting my child's dreams ...

Flesh eating Zombies are dead. Why don't they eat themselves? They're already dead, so they won't kill themselves ... I guess the flesh is always greener ... so to speak.

The ones that we lose,
will find their way back to us,
if not in Life, Dreams.
