I don't use Lose It to lose weight so much as I use it to track my intake of fats, sugars, protein, veggies, etc, and it keeps me true to my diet. I can enter my own recipes or of course other brands that are not in their system. It's pretty amazing and cool, I really love it.

Cool blog.

Wed, 30 May 2012 15:46:12 +0000 tmccarthy0 comment 155673 at http://dagblog.com Thank you. At the old Pilot Pen tournament in New Haven they had a great strawberry and walnut salad.

I liked Columbo yogurt because of the folding spoon in the lid, but they don't sell it around here. My desk used to have half a dozen spare lids in case I needed a spoon.

Wed, 30 May 2012 00:14:26 +0000 Donal comment 155594 at http://dagblog.com You are invited to check in http://dagblog.com/comment/155581#comment-155581
In reply to Will BF Skinner Make You Skinnier?

You are invited to check in at Once Upon A Paradigm. By the way I think Stoneybrook has the best yogurt with the fruit on the bottom. I think Pavlo's (Sp?) Dogs have more to do with us eating too much of the wrong food. Good old yummy comfort foods. Throw in good advertising and marketing and we eat too much of the wrong stuff.

Tue, 29 May 2012 22:21:12 +0000 trkingmomoe comment 155581 at http://dagblog.com
