Thanks for the article reference, haven't read it yet (have noticed others of similar meme, so it definitely is of interest,) but I just have to chime in on the illustration:

I love the addition of the dangling pasties! (Also wondering what John Ashcroft would have thought of them! And I suspect Jolly Roger might have a similar costume stashed somewhere which he could loan destor for an avatar photo?)
