There's the Cellphone Chatter, the Loudmouth Know-It-All, the Public Kissers, the Ostentatious Laugher, the Creepy Lech, the Bitchfest Girls, the Belligerent Panhandler, the Woman Who Wants Help with Her Computer, and the Cranky Old Fart Who Hates Obama...to name a few.</p> <p>But in the end, it's a public space.
