Well fine, I suppose - we'll get to government universal health care faster this way, especially with GOP governors punting on setting up exchanges. Just a question who'll pay for it. Ow, what's that pain in my backside?</p> <p>My guess is this "fiscal cliff" business is going to lead to a whole new batch of raw deals for the general public.
