That was a breathtaking stream of consciousness rant, DD. It was a challenge, but I held on tight and stayed with you all the way to the end ... but I do have to ask about your cat. (I have always assumed that you had a cat that does all your fact-checking.) As certain statements in your rant swept by, I had to wonder if your cat was feeling poorly and unable to put paw to keyboard to do your fact-checking for you. I mean, I'm pretty sure Sam Snead didn't live to be 126 ... and that Lefty Mickelson didn't win with a score that was 100 under par. Oh, and be careful about calling that Enbrel stuff aspirin. Them drug companies are pretty litigious when folks compare their biologically engineered products to plain ol' aspirin. Again, I thought your cat would have caught that and suggested a re-write. Anyway ... nice blog, sorry your cat is sick.

P.S. The retraction of Mickelson's has the smell of drug company PR dept. all over it.
