I don't know; but I do know this; those with the authority ie. the prosecutor will bring up multiple charges, in hopes of throwing enough mud on the wall, hoping something sticks. Juries wont care or differentiate, your innocent on all counts or guilty on all and the prosecutors know this.

I don't know if all prosecutors have guns, but they love the law and having it on their sides give them a lot of power. So put on your pucker lips.

I recommend you see the movie Snitch; it's an eye opener based upon a true story about minimum sentencing and the abuse.

Anyone else see it?

These people remind me of "Romancing the Stone .....hearted" we have become a merciless Nation.

I recently heard of a house raid by the Feds, serving a warrant for an arrest of a particular individual; when one of the bystanders noticed one of the officers rummaging through another tenants papers.

When the officer, was confronted about the apparent abuse of the warrant, the bystander was screamed at by the officer, who asked "You looking for trouble too"
