If you hit the ball into the moat or the river or whatever, you are stuck!

You call in the referee or whatever and you take a drop and have the official okay the damn drop.

If, however, you hit the ball onto the green and then it somehow rolls off, you can take a drop anywhere between you and the damn moat.

I aint no expert but Tiger has done this procedure a hundred times; maybe a thousand times since he was six.

What Tiger did wrong was not calling for an official before the damn drop and I knew it when he took the drop.

This is all bullshite.

The PGA had already okayed this drop before the 18th hole.

Now, has Tiger used antler spray or has he been given cortizone shots since 96?

He should have been disqualified and I can't believe he wasn't. It is a big no-no to deliberately sign your score card knowing it is wrong in fact I've never known a golfer to not get disqualified for this. Frankly I can't believe they let him break the rules like that.
