Obviously if they can keep terrorists terror-free for 30 years, we can save a lot of money by paying Cuba half the estimated $800K-900K per prisoner each year. Likely they can just give each prisoner a bungalow and $500/month and they'll be happy. Everybody wins in the sunny Caribbean climes - cool runnings.

Sun, 12 May 2013 04:50:26 +0000 PeraclesPlease comment 177787 at http://dagblog.com Assata Shakur was first http://dagblog.com/comment/177783#comment-177783
In reply to Holder puts $2 million bounty on Wall Street thieves

Assata Shakur was first classified as a domestic terrorist on May 2, 2005, on the 32nd anniversary of the death of the NJ trooper, in which incident she was also shot.

The Presidency changes, and the FBI goes on doing its thing, in this case raising a black grandmother to the top ten, which seems beyond any rational justification. These are the same guys who 'forgot' about the Boston bombers, one of whom they interviewed for ties to terrorism, at the request of the more informed Russians.

Since Shakur, a top ten 'terrorist' has been apparently terrorism free for almost 20 years, if Cuba agrees, maybe we could safely and quickly close GITMO. Let the inmates walk out.

Sun, 12 May 2013 01:14:40 +0000 NCD comment 177783 at http://dagblog.com
