This is actually from the website The Blaze, which is Glenn Beck's news site. That a website created by a conservative like Beck is running stories like this may validate what a conservative friend of mine said - that these stories are being pushed out there because tabloids feed on fear.

It may also be more than likely that we see alot of things we ignored or were hidden before but I really doubt it. Gun murders are almost always reported when they happen and I never heard about near daily stories like this until recently.
