The racial nature of the case is obvious. Another person originally included in the suit dropped out. Here is <a href="http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=sXSpx9PZZj4">Abigail Fisher</a> and her lawyer saying that her White race factored against her in failing to be admitted to UT-Austin. Fisher says less qualified students were admitted.
