Tens of thousands of people also gathered around the presidential palace to press the same demands, chanting “irhal” - “leave” - and waving red cards to symbolically urge Morsi’s ouster.</p> <p>[....] There were brief clashes reported in Beni Suef in upper Egypt, where one person was killed, and in Tanta in the Nile Delta, according to state media.
