I think it is great when the powers that be recognize that you have something to contribute.

Thanks DD. I was a little light on the haiku writing this week, so I went back to some that I did with my friend, the photographer Tom Contrino. I'm hoping we can get this proposal for a book of my haikus and his photographs off the ground eventually.
