Wow. The comments on the story are the really shocking part. For example:

$600 coats, $2500 belts and then people curse income inequality and demand 1%-ers pay more in taxes.

The "Problem" is not the coat, it has unfortunately become the fabric of our society.

When the government supports low income people to have more children than they can possibly raise, this is the "cause and effect" outcome.

Uneducated people, having uneducated unruley children with no sense of moral judgement.

Now we are dealing with a generational epidemic of ruthless thugs, whos parents lacked an inkling of skills to correctly raise their children.

So now we will build more prisons, house their children @ $50,000.00+ per prisoner, per year, hire less police officers to protect our freedoms, and pay our teachers less than 5% of what a pro athelete makes per year. Meanwhile, we will continue to give foodstamps and public housing to those who abuse the system, while they breed more of these little monsters to torment and kill us without hesitation, for a jacket.
