A pretty weak article that ignores the substance of whatever their ideas for reform might be. As near as I can tell, it boils down to one word: competition.

And two more: less government.

And yet, as Ezra Klein has shown repeatedly, in every society where the underlying costs of medical care--not insurance, but the care itself--have been reduced and controlled, government has played the defining role in curbing the costs.
