His estate will have to pay the fines and fees in the future. The courts will settle the rest of it. BLM can confiscate his cattle at the rail head if they want. This threat of loosing the cattle can force a settlement. No more food stamp program for the Bundy cattle.

The country is at it's breaking point about gun ownership of AR15s and private arsenals. I look to see major steps to change that in the future.

The changes on the war on drugs and harsh sentencing means a lot to communities in states like Florida. Like you said there is more that needs to be done.

Tue, 22 Apr 2014 22:35:14 +0000 trkingmomoe comment 194808 at http://dagblog.com The releases are great Isn't http://dagblog.com/comment/194802#comment-194802
In reply to It is a good start. These cowards were going to put women in the front to act as cannon fodder. Disgraceful. Plutocrats like Bundy have seen their wealth increase under the Socialist Obama and they still whine.

Tue, 22 Apr 2014 20:42:40 +0000 rmrd0000 comment 194802 at http://dagblog.com It is a good start. The state prisons have 17% that is for non violent crimes. That is a lot of people we have put away just to score points with racists to get votes. We should start seeing the outcome of this in the fall and that will give minorities a reason to vote. Everyone knows someone that is in jail for this in these communities.

One other point, this give governors cover to reduce their populations in state prisons of non violent crimes. The governors that cater to the teaparty types will find themselves under presser to do this for budget reasons. They will also find their efforts to keep these communities from voting fruitless. One of the things I hear when working in GOTV is: "Why should I vote? My husband or my sons are in jail. My vote don't matter because nothing is going to change." This is really a big deal.

Tue, 22 Apr 2014 19:47:51 +0000 trkingmomoe comment 194797 at http://dagblog.com Holder and Obama are making a http://dagblog.com/comment/194765#comment-194765
In reply to You can see the video that

Holder and Obama are making a gallant effort to change drugs laws in the United States.
