He helped the family transport the woman to a hospital where they were turned away. She died at home. The Liberian returned to Dallas. He had been screened in Liberia, but was asymptomatic. He became symptomatic after arrival.  </span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1.6">He either didn't tell those in the hospital in Dallas about his travel to Liberia, or he told a nurse who did not relay the information. No physician asked any question about foreign travel. He was sent home, only to return. The disease has a seasonal incidence cases. The number of cases has increased.
