An implant? That's a pretty invasive solution for a guy your age-have you tried the phosphodiesterase inhibiters?

Well, anyway, if you do go with an implant, I had a client who spoke glowingly about the "semiflex" (or semihard, depends on how you look at it )as opposed to the pneumatic implant which is way more complicated...wait a minute...you said "neural?" never mind...
