Rand Paul at Howard University was a classic. Paul tried to teach Black history to students who were at an institution full of history. The students were able to help him out when he forgot the name of "that Black Senator" from Massachusetts, Edward Brooke.

There's some talk about Maher going for Curly Rand.

That is all done as far as I can tell.

Of course, as you have pointed out, Curly Rand is dumber than Cruz or Perry.

And that is extremely hard to do! hahahahah

Here is my take:

Mary Jane might become legal but Curly's party aint gonna go for that.

The EPA would be dead in the water, so to speak since we all would be dead in the water.

The Department of Education would be dead in the water and half the states would be learnin about Noah in the water.

The Department of Commerce would be sunk in the water.
