My apology for only quickly glancing at your effort due to time constraints, but here's something I can offer in return.

In the book, Ike's Bluff, it states Ike firmly believed one should do your duty. From what I believe you're saying, our elected officials aren't doing their duty to the public they depend upon to hold office. Be they in Congress, state legislatures, city councils and the local dog catcher.

Everyone has a duty to the country, not a political party or ideology. And it's the party and ideology that current trump the country. More specifically, the duty should be more geared for the public seeing how the Constitution is a covenant between the people and the government. States are only recognized in the 10th Amendment. And isn't a business nothing more than a factious entity created at the state level which by all rights isn't part of the covenant between the people and their government?

We need to make Congress serve the people and a business isn't a person.
