Unicorns aren't quite as univalent as believed, and while the rainbow thing might make it seem they're all gay and reproduce asexually, folks who study them know them to rut pretty normally - or even hypernormally when in good spirits (there might be a higher % of bi- or 3-way hookups than a typical equine or zebra herd, but since it's a marginalized species that may just be a matter of dealing with bad odds and sparse population).

Anyway, thought you might like this background documentary on typical unicorn way of life.

Ramona, thanks for posting, it's fun to go over these word lists.

Of course this dates me but I thought SWAG meant Strictly a Wild Assed Guess.

My top pick from this year's list is HACK---I really don't like the word. Here's a hack for using teflon tape to wrap your pencil holder. here's a hack on using the paper towel tube to prop up your pussy willows (which have been hacked with white spray paint).

Of course you may have heard about the ARTIC BLAST in Dallas which delivered a whole three inches of snow with temperatures down into the 20's.

Lol, Flowerchild. Now I know why I love you! I used to have mine thumbtacked to my office bulletin board but that was when I still lived in the city. I've heard they don't like the deep, dark woods so I don't expect to see one where I live, but I shop in the Soo so you would think I would see one peeking out from somewhere. (I have seen a couple of albino deer that could have been unicorns in disguise.)

But you're not supposed to kill them, so forget about the taxidermist. Please!

I have had my Unicorn Quest license since 2004 or there about. I have yet to bag one. Every time I spot one my Serious Intent turns into a giggle fit and they gallop away with a delicate snort. Anyway, I'm not doing any Serious unicorn questing until I locate a good taxidermist.
