Any Democratic operatives out there hoping to be helpful would do well to remember that, as Ramona says, Fiorina has no chance anyway. Her best service to the Republicans will be to suffer an attack that appears sexist or really is. If you're out to help Hillary and what's coming out of your mouth involves Fiorina's gender, please don't.

Sat, 09 May 2015 02:50:25 +0000 Michael Maiello comment 207817 at http://dagblog.com The logic of Fiorina's http://dagblog.com/comment/207804#comment-207804
In reply to Sarah Palin: Out. And, any unfortunate attacks on Fiorina by anyone who can conceivably be spun as a Democrat will be used to create a "both sides do it" narrative. The Republican nominee says sexist things about Clinton, but remember that time that some liberal was mean to Fiorina? Same thing, right.

She's there to provide political cover, the way Ben Carson is there to provide cover for dogwhistles about Obama.

And the other thing about Fiorina is that really, she has nothing else to do. It's not like anyone else is going to hire her as CEO. This is, if not a good career move for her, maybe the closest thing to a good career move she has left.

Fri, 08 May 2015 21:14:19 +0000 Doctor Cleveland comment 207804 at http://dagblog.com There is only one thing which http://dagblog.com/comment/207795#comment-207795
In reply to Sarah Palin: Out. Carly is most definitely the GOP's token female and is relishing the role - perhaps with delusions of VP grandeur. When asked by Katie Couric about that, since Fiorina is polling at 1%, the response was, "Katie, would you ask a male candidate that question?". Well, yes.

Wed, 06 May 2015 21:35:06 +0000 barefooted comment 207777 at http://dagblog.com Pretty sure there's no danger http://dagblog.com/comment/207775#comment-207775
In reply to When Fiorina took over, my HP

Pretty sure there's no danger of her winning but it is fun to go after her, don't you think? It's not any kind of real payback but she deserves to be the laughingstock of the nation

I'm doing my part. Lol.

Wed, 06 May 2015 19:32:03 +0000 Ramona comment 207775 at http://dagblog.com When Fiorina took over, my HP http://dagblog.com/comment/207774#comment-207774
In reply to Sarah Palin: Out. I got out before it fell to 50% of its original value. When she left it was safe to invest in HP again. She left HP with millions paid out to make her go away. She is as fiscally incompetent as GW Bush from a business standpoint. The country can't afford to put her anywhere near the country's money.

Wed, 06 May 2015 19:18:01 +0000 rmrd0000 comment 207774 at http://dagblog.com
