Since members of Congress and the Supreme Court believe that the answer to these events is more guns, we should remove the police protection and weapons detection system from these institutions and let Congress and SCOTUS be at the same risks they think ordinary citizens should face. Both instructions are free to arm themselves.

Edit to add:

Governors should have their protection removed as well.
