I don't want you to go away because the place around here would get too serious. We do have to have some fun. Windows 8 just plain sucks. It was worse then the roll out of Windows 95 and that one was crappy enough. It was known as vapor ware until they got it straightened out with up dates.

Like I said, it was a good Day for all of us.

Thanks DD. A friend from college that I recently re-connected with on Facebook, commented on that picture, noting the gentleness of Laurel and Hardy's comedy. I think he was right in respect to their spirit; they were basically gentle, sweet naifs who just found themselves in vexing situations which usually lead to gradually escalating comedic chaos / violence. They weren't aggressive anarchists like the Marx Brothers, it was usually the world that acted on them first and they responded, appropriately at first, then ever more comically violent. Two gentle spirits pushed into anarchy by circumstance. I loved them when I was a kid and still do. Their chemistry is just amazing and their timing impeccable. If you ever want to see a perfect illustration of how comedy grows from a single innocent action, watch the scene of Laurel and Hardy in "Two Tars." At about 8 and a half minutes in, Laurel and Hardy, playing sailors on shore leave, with their girls, get into a traffic jam, where a bump to the car behind them, builds and builds until multiple cars are literally being ripped apart.

I just found a bag a jelly beans under a box last night. A kid must of hid them. I am cleaning out some stuff to make room for new junk.

D Day is getting help this afternoon with cleaning up his computer. So it is a good Day for all of us.
