Your 'got' link reminds me how much i appreciate the Tea Party contingent in Congress and their stopping the Chained CPI/Grand Betrayal, even if it was for dubious reasons. I received no COLA raise this year and under Obama's Grand Betrayal I might have seen a cut joining with others in the death of a thousand cuts.

I didn't think you were so naive to believe the Liberal elite would allow you or anyone else to choose an electable alternative to their neoliberal agenda, now with Sanders or in the future. All you will get is a little Amerikan flag to wave when their minions ascend to positions of power. There is always the exception to the rule where a progressive looking political parasite wins but that is just to sooth the rubes and keep them believing the system is not totally corrupt.

Don't be so modest about Obama's many gains for the MIC, the private insurance industry, the private prison industry, the industrial/government surveillance agenda and the neoliberal austerity agenda. Most all of the elites are quite satisfied with these gains.

The simple fact is that for all his talk of revolution and the enthusiasm he seems to generate among the young he has not been able to actually get them to the polls to vote. The revolution just ain't happening and you're talking about complete victory in 2018? Get real.

I do not address foreign/military policy advisedly. Too many unpredictables,although on the record HRCis too enthusiastic an intervenor for my taste.

That said, Bernie evinces a troubling agreement with the idea that we have the right to project power ipso facto.
